Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through AI Try-On, a product of BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC (“BookAI Studio”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing credits, you agree to the terms below.

You may request a full refund of any credit purchase within fourteen (14) calendar daysof the purchase date, provided that fewer than 25% of the credits from that purchase have been consumed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Email us at admin@bookaistudio from the address on your account. Include:

• Your account email address.
• The Stripe receipt number or purchase date.
• A short reason for the request (optional but appreciated).

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and resolve it within 5 business days.

Each virtual try-on consumes a fixed number of credits (currently 18 credits per generation). Once 25% or more of the credits from a single purchase have been consumed, that purchase is no longer eligible for a full refund, but we may at our discretion offer a partial refund or account credit.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us and we will refund any duplicate charges in full.

If the Service is unavailable for an extended period and you were unable to use credits you purchased, we may issue a goodwill refund or replacement credits. Each outage case is reviewed individually.

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may suspend your account pending the dispute. We prefer to work with you directly — please reach out before opening a chargeback.

Free credits (such as signup bonuses) are not purchases and are not eligible for refund or cash redemption.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance-sale contract within 14 days. By starting to use purchased credits during that 14-day window, you expressly consent to us providing the Service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the Service has been fully performed.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Purchases made before the effective date of a change will be governed by the policy in place at the time of purchase.
